My expertise covers strategic planning, business plan development, benchmarking, program innovation, people development, and empowerment coaching. I have successfully increased revenue, sales, and satisfaction for various food service operations, including meal plans, catering, retail, and new concepts. I have also provided leadership and coaching for hundreds of managers, supervisors, and staff, including union and student workers.
